How do I book my hotel reservation?
Please use the booking link to reserve your hotel stay. The JW Marriott will take care of the room comp provided by Operative on Thursday and Friday night. If you will be staying on Saturday night, you will receive the discounted rate of $275/night (*plus applicable resort fee and tax).
*Resort charge includes self-parking, high speed internet access, local calls, turndown service, spa/fitness center, The Greens – 18-hole putting course, lawn games and golf bag storage at resort.
How do I extend my hotel reservation if I am staying for IAB ALM?
If you need to book beyond February 10th, please use the unique booking link provided here by the IAB ALM to receive their discounted hotel rate.

How do I cancel my event registration?
If you need to cancel your event registration, please email marketing@operative.com. If you have already booked your hotel stay, you will need to cancel your reservation directly with the JW Marriott. This can be done via the bookings link or by calling the hotel at (760) 341-2211. Per the JW Marriott’s cancellation policy, reservations must be canceled at least three (3) days prior to scheduled arrival.
